Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with CircuCare Specialists, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and establishing tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions to promote recovery for individuals experiencing physical impairments due to injury, illness, or surgery.
• Maintaining meticulous records of patient care, including detailed notes on evaluations, treatments provided, and progress towards goals.
• Advising and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other support personnel in daily patient management activities to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists (OTs), speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and nursing staff to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Providing constructive feedback and innovative suggestions to the management team to enhance operational efficiency and foster a positive clinical environment.

Qualifications
