Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across different age groups through virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner, including notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Utilize our billing service to manage claims, insurance verification, and client accounts efficiently, allowing you to focus on providing quality care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, catering to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain an organized schedule by booking ongoing appointments, managing client calendars, and remaining responsive to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship problems. Additionally, you will provide valuable therapy services for families, helping to strengthen connections and foster effective communication. This role allows you to witness the direct impact of your work on the educational and emotional development of students.

Qualifications\n

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with an active LCSW licensure enabling independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional sign-on bonuses available. In addition to competitive W2 compensation, therapists enjoy several benefits including:
