Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices that emphasize client choice and empowerment.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, showcasing a commitment to collaboration and the advancement of shared goals aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

• Conduct timely screenings and assessments, coordinating additional resources as necessary to ensure comprehensive coverage of client needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required; candidates with advanced training in mental health will have an advantage.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Maryland is mandatory.
