Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize accepted diagnostic tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to assess, diagnose, and evaluate patients’ mental health status, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique cultural backgrounds and needs.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, providing necessary interventions grounded in evidence-based practices aimed at symptom reduction and overall mental health improvement.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation using advanced technologies in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to co-develop comprehensive treatment plans that align desired outcomes with their mental health goals.

• Facilitate interactions with other treatment providers and assist patients in navigating referral options, enhancing the continuity of care.

• Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and new team members, with potential responsibilities for peer reviews and clinical supervision under the guidance of clinical supervisors.

The LCSW will focus on providing outpatient therapy primarily to individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis, addressing their comprehensive mental health needs through personalized and compassionate care. Compensation and Benefits\n
