Solutions Consultant

Your role The Solutions Consultant is a trusted pre-sales advisor across a broad product range, supporting commercial efforts across all the Revenue functions within GWI. This role sits within the Subject Matter Experts team, working closely with sales teams to create and curate proactive solutions for clients, driving commercial growth across GWI’s data and insight products. You will support opportunities for a range of clients from Fortune 500 to boutique agencies. Goals Become an industry expert embedded in the sales process. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales cycles by supporting pre-sales efforts across the product suite. Support all commercial teams with proactive engagement and insights excellence. Elevate GWI’s competitive position by showcasing insights through data storytelling capabilities. Foster a culture of expertise, collaboration, and measurable impact. Day-to-day responsibilities Collaborate with commercial teams and technical experts to align GWI solutions with client needs. Interpret complex datasets and bring insights to life for customers. Create accessible, customer-facing content that helps clients understand and engage with GWI’s value. Build compelling, proactive content from a variety of asset deliverables, clearly articulating GWI’s value proposition and technical differentiation. Become a trusted advisor for customers and internal teams. Facilitate project management across tasks to streamline workflows, enhancing with automation where possible. Support commercial conversations, steering solutions toward GWI’s capabilities, limitations, timelines, and pricing. Support training and enablement for internal sales teams on GWI’s product capabilities, differentiation, and technical benefits. Deliver internal and external presentations showcasing GWI’s value. Analyse data and create insightful stories and trends based on findings in our platform. What you bring We look for an entrepreneurial spirit and a get‑up‑and‑go attitude. In addition to that, the essential qualifications are: Essentials Proven work experience in a market research or insights role, including significant time with a research agency. Commercial acumen, understanding of client businesses and placing deliverables into a commercial context. Experience writing imaginative proposals and design-ing research studies for clients. Confidence in working with large, sometimes complex, datasets. Storytelling Very strong data storytelling skills; ability to connect insights with clients’ challenges. Ability to spot and convey stories through data, championing insights within the company. Appreciation for what makes GWI’s methodology unique compared to competitors. Problem solving and creativity Creative thinker with enthusiasm for research and a desire to develop approaches to meet evolving client needs. Proficient in AI tools or project management systems to support high-value opportunities. Enthusiastic and proven track record for presenting, with willingness to represent GWI on-stage and in front of clients. Proactivity and inquisitiveness Spot opportunities to improve existing processes and documentation for products. Support uncovering gaps in revenue knowledge and conduct enablement sessions. Commercial acumen Good understanding of GWI’s product suite and experience supporting commercial conversations. Support revenue leads in positioning GWI products to customers. Support synthesis and presentation of GWI products in a tailored way, responding to customers’ needs. Adaptability and teamwork Build highly collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders of varying seniority across functions. Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on detail.
