Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and devise individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) in Tennessee.

• Minimum of two years of direct mental health counseling experience.
