Work Environment\n

This position is anchored in a remote setting, providing flexibility while allowing you to connect with clients and colleagues effectively. Our detox center focuses on comprehensive evaluations and provides early intervention strategies that are critical for children in need. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to developing best practices that ensure the well-being and progress of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children and create tailored intervention strategies.
\n
• Participate in the formulation and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring collaborative involvement from families and other team members.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize developmental support for each child.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with vital information and resources aimed at enhancing their child's development and well-being.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to foster family relationships and adapt learning modalities to suit the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Promote a healthy learning environment by developing rapport with children and their families, enhancing trust and cooperation.
\n
• Stay compliant with all relevant Federal and State regulations, ensuring the utmost health and safety standards for everyone involved.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment strategies to enhance experiential learning opportunities for children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role centers on children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those in their early years, as they navigate critical milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your expertise will enable families to advocate for and support their children's developmental journey, fostering long-term growth and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in early intervention services, specifically working with children.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting treatment plans to diverse learning styles and family dynamics.
\n
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required.
\n
