Benefits Health insurance Paid time off A Japanese ramen restaurant in San Francisco, California is seeking a Restaurant Manager. ＜Job Responsibilities＞ Manage daily FOH operations Create staff schedules and manage staffing assignments Handle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Train staff and manage employee performance Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints Order supplies and coordinate with vendors and delivery platforms Handle closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and daily report preparation Oversee restaurant sanitation, facility maintenance, and related operational matters ＜Requirements＞ 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant Experience in dining and/or bar service Experience managing and training staff Ability to take a hands‑on approach and actively work on the floor Strong communication and leadership skills Availability to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Business‑level proficiency English Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not required. Employment Status | Full Time Position | Restaurant Manager Language | English Working Hours | 5 days per week / approximately 40–52 hours per week Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is required.
