Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments, crafting clinical summaries that inform ongoing treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and developments, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting and renegotiating treatment plans as necessary while facilitating seamless communication with clients and involved parties.

• Develop and nurture meaningful professional relationships with clients by providing empathetic, individualized care and engaging in active listening.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your approach will include understanding each client’s unique circumstances, background, and therapeutic needs. Through telehealth, you will be instrumental in removing barriers to care, engaging clients who may otherwise struggle to receive necessary support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000 annually, supplemented by a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and life insurance.
