Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, carefully documenting their progress.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific client challenges, adapting therapies as necessary based on client feedback and clinical assessments.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive effective interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care and refine treatment approaches based on shared insights.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
