• Pay Rate: $67.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring during complex interventional procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, PCI, and more
• Assist with a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for cardiac and peripheral vascular interventions
• Support hemodynamic monitoring and vasoactive drug administration
• Maintain sterile technique and manage critical patient assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support Unit Charge RN as needed
• Float between facilities including Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier, supporting high-acuity cases

What You Need

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with specific Cath Lab expertise (minimum 1.5 years recent in Cath Lab)
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in complex cardiac procedures
• Strong critical thinking, sterile technique, and equipment operation skills (e.g., Impella, Rotoblater, IABP)
• Flexibility for rotating overnight and weekend shifts
