About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Learning and Support to lead its innovative workforce training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the program model, with a strong focus on learner outcomes. This role requires a leader who can engage deeply with learners and colleagues to ensure that program design is aligned with the needs of the community and drives long-term success. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the continuous improvement of the program, including the design and implementation of new training pathways, and will lead a team that spans program design, curriculum, operations, career coaching, and data analysis. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a degree in product design/development, business/administration, or instructional/curriculum design. A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' of directly related experience is also acceptable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of instructional product or project management experience, a proven track record of program leadership and innovation in educational settings, and a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles. The role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at data analysis and can lead a team to ensure the quality and consistency of the learning experience. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of the company's mission to provide access to educational opportunities and empower change in the community.
