Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set actionable goals and outline tailored interventions.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches based on the unique needs of clients.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop coordinated treatment modalities that enhance client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate client needs.

• Maintain precise records and documentation to comply with ethical guidelines and legal standards of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
