Capital Sales Manager - SURGICAL ROBOTICS

Job Description
We're partnering with a leading global MedTech company that is making a significant investment in surgical robotics and expanding its U.S. commercial sales organization.
\n \nThey are seeking an experienced capital sales professional to drive adoption of their proprietary robotic platform for minimally invasive surgery. The ideal candidate has a strong record of selling disruptive capital technology into hospital systems and is skilled at engaging surgeons, C-suite executives, and other key stakeholders.

\n \nJob Requirements:
\nBachelor's Degree
\n5+ years direct medical device sales experience (capital equipment preferred)
\nExperience selling into the operating room or surgical suite
\nCall-points: Surgeons, Hospital staff and C-Suite administration
\n \nCompensation Details:
\n$350K OTE
\n6-figure base salary and uncapped variable commissions on capital revenue
\nCompany Car/Phone/All-expenses included
\nFull medical/dental benefits and 401K match
\nSign-on equity bonus
