The company

An early-stage, venture-backed healthcare technology company using AI to take administrative work off care teams. Its platform handles patient-facing communication and back-office tasks for healthcare providers, so staff can spend more time on patient care and patients can get seen sooner.

The company recently raised a funding round from top-tier investors. It already has live customers across provider groups and larger healthcare organisations, and demand is growing quickly. This is a chance to join early, carry a number and help shape how the company sells.

\n

The role

\n

You'll own deals end to end, from first conversation to signed contract, selling to both mid-market and enterprise healthcare organisations. You'll take over an active pipeline so you can make an impact from day one, but you'll also be expected to generate your own opportunities.

\n

What you'll do

\n

\n
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, commercial negotiation and close
\n
• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, including operations, clinical and technical leaders
\n
• Run consultative discovery that gets to the real operational pain and ties the product to measurable outcomes
\n
• Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders, from mid-five figures to seven figures in value
\n
• Work closely with product, engineering and implementation teams to get customers live
\n
• Keep your pipeline and forecast accurate and well managed
\n
• Share what you hear from customers to help shape the product and the go-to-market approach
\n

What we're looking for

\n

\n
• Several years of closing complex B2B SaaS deals, with a track record of winning six-figure contracts
\n
• Someone who wins through relationships: you build trust quickly and stay close to your buyers throughout the deal
\n
• Comfortable selling both mid-market and enterprise
\n
• High agency and low ego. You take ownership, work well with others, and want to be in an early-stage environment
\n
• A career individual contributor who loves selling and wants to stay focused on closing deals, not move into management
\n
• Comfortable with technical products. You can follow how the product works and talk about it credibly
\n
• Healthcare knowledge is a strong plus, but not essential. You'll need to learn quickly and speak your buyers' language
\n
