Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to collect data on patients' physical status, medical history, and personal goals, while efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's orthopedic needs, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive devices.
• Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes, facilitating data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
