Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is looking for upbeat, people-first individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be one of the first friendly voices our Spanish-speaking customers connect with as they place meal orders. The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order

• Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service

• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen

• Document all conversations with client into client information database

• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file

• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients

• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written)

• High school degree or GED

• 1 year of previous customer service experience

• Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting

• Clear oral communication skills

• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints

• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1 year of previous call center experience

• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams

• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods

• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
