Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Paralegal to support corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements in a business-focused, non-litigation environment. This is a hybrid, contract role.


Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, data rooms, and closings
• Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and partnership contracts)
• Assist with contract negotiations, redlines, and approvals
• Maintain contract repositories, closing binders, and key documentation
• Support corporate governance and entity management activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to meet deal timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 years of paralegal experience in M&A, corporate, or commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of business transactions and contract structures
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deals
• Excellent communication skills and discretion in a confidential environment
