Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations, trust accounting activities, and account management functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple banking platforms, managing financial transactions with accuracy, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile trust account transactions Manage client retainer activity and related account records Handle daily banking functions and account maintenance Maintain petty cash records and balances Perform general bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping duties Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures Assist with financial reporting and account reconciliations as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience Experience handling multiple accounts and financial transactions simultaneously Experience managing transactions across multiple bank accounts and online banking portals Prior experience in a legal environment is highly preferred Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage a high volume of work accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative Professional demeanor with a flexible, team-oriented approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
