Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to develop patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy methods to maintain progress at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical results and modify therapy plans as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and fully supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
