Salesforce Business Analyst

IDR is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical delivery team, with a focus on optimizing Salesforce platforms to meet organizational goals. The position requires deep understanding of business processes, elicitation and documentation of requirements, and translating these into actionable specifications to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Overview for the Salesforce Business Analyst:

• Serve as a key connector between business teams and technical developers to ensure Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Design and document solutions that optimize Salesforce functionalities and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and support user training and documentation efforts.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the Salesforce Business Analyst:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or closely related role.
• 2+ years of direct experience working on the Salesforce platform (understanding of standard objects, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and security controls).
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly preferred.
• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks.
