HR ManagerOnsite in Lake Oswego, ORSalary: $100,000-$115,000Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Serve as the sole HR leader with broad ownership across the entire employee lifecycle.Partner directly with company leadership and play a key role in organizational decisions.Gain exposure to multistate HR operations and compliance.Enjoy a highly visible role where your contributions directly impact company culture and employee experience.Lead initiatives spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and engagement.Help shape HR policies, programs, and best practices across the organization.Competitive benefits package with the company covering 95% of employee medical premiums and 70% of dependent coverage.Generous paid time off including 3 weeks PTO and 9 paid holidays.Opportunity to influence training, development, and long-term workforce planning.Stable environment with the ability to build and improve HR processes.Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.Partner with managers and leadership on employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers’ compensation.Maintain HRIS data, personnel records, policies, procedures, and employee handbook.Support compensation planning, annual reviews, employee training, and engagement initiatives.Qualifications for the HR Manager:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.Experience supporting multistate HR operations and employment law compliance.Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
