Role Overview

This position is a Customer Call Center position which job duties include answering telephones, chats, and emails. This position is also a remote position but may still report to the office as needed. Salary: The salary for this position traditionally starts at $34,216.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience.

A Day in the Life

The essential functions of this role are as follows: Compile information relative to the assigned program area. Coordinate correspondence for information requests. Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program. Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services. Maintain and organize program assets. Prepare all program related training materials.

What You'll Need for Success

Individuals in this role should minimally be able to articulate or demonstrate the following: General knowledge of the program area. Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its affects upon other agency operations. Ability to gather and compile program materials. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process. Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. A degree is not required. Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports

This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
