Operations and Delivery Officer

In charge of data feeds extraction, testing and deliveries operations. In charge of indexes deliveries and rebalances operations. Analyzing and solving operational issues. Ensuring superior quality data and check points for all reports and deliveries. Assisting in automating data extraction and testing processes. Developing the necessary communication with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure adhering to IdealRatings service level agreement Maintaining our proprietary, high-performance index platform. Continuously identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within our processes. Back-testing of new systematic investment strategies. Supporting and conducting tests of platform changes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics. 1-2 years of experience. Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage workloads effectively in a pressured environment. Ability to work flexible hours and night shifts. Good communication skills both written and spoken. English & Arabic language fluency both written and spoken. Excellent experience with MS Office tools (MS Word & MS Excel). Basic knowledge of Python is a plus. Previous experience in operations management position is a plus. Innovative mindset and hands‑on approach. Logical and structured approach.
