We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Leader to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will focus on Lean transformation, Six Sigma, productivity improvement, KPI management, and cross-functional operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Excellence professionals and technicians supporting manufacturing operations and strategic initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and employee engagement .
• Partner with Operations leadership to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity performance.
• Lead site-wide operational excellence initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process transformation projects.
• Establish and maintain standard work, best practices, visual management systems, and performance metrics .
• Improve labor productivity, capacity utilization, cycle times, throughput, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving activities using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive sustainable operational improvements through data-driven decision-making, KPI management, dashboards, and performance reviews .
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, waste elimination, and manufacturing productivity improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and other functional teams to implement improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Excellence, Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineers, technicians, analysts, or continuous improvement teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration , or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading Lean transformations and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Continuous Improvement
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Strong experience with KPI management, performance metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making .
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience in Operational Excellence programs and process transformation.
• Industrial Engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience improving productivity, capacity, cycle time, throughput, and cost .
• Business Intelligence and analytics experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/dashboard tools .
• Experience with ERP/MES systems .
• Experience establishing standard work and visual management systems.
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, and continuous improvement teams.
