The ideal candidate will bring disciplined expertise across program execution, workforce leadership, and customer engagement to ensure consistent delivery of high?quality results.Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Training SystemsExperience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program executionProgram and Personnel ManagementFinancial ManagementRisk Management Policies and AssessmentSuccessfully managing Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of the Navy (DoN) Contracts/Task Orders of similar size and complexityProgram Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple Sub-contractorsDemonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products on time and within budgetDemonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectivesDemonstrated ability to manage a diverse technical workforce consisting of multiple skill setsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical disciplineEight (8) years program management experience with four (4) years of experience managing DoD/DoN programsActive PMP certificationMust be able to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUSMust be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret clearance at minimum$130,000 - $160,000 a yearEmployees of Agile Defense are our number one priority, and the importance we place on our culture here is fundamental.
