Responsibilities Lead the pastry program with creativity, discipline, and a focus on excellence Collaborate on menu development with ownership and the culinary leadership team Manage daily bread, pastry, and dessert production with attention to quality and presentation Train and mentor staff in traditional and modern pastry techniques Maintain consistency in execution, cleanliness, and organization Partner with the savory team to ensure balance and cohesion across the entire menu What You'll Bring Pastry experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant Strong knowledge of traditional pastry fundamentals including lamination, sugar work, and ice cream production Bread baking skills: mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking a variety of breads and crackers Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at multitasking Professionalism, leadership, and a team-first mindset This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, duties, and physical demands.
