Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, group, or family counseling services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma. Understanding the unique needs of each client and providing culturally competent care is critical in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in a clinical setting with a strong grasp of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
