MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Job Duties

You will manage and maintain the personnel database to provide guidance, restructure billets and activity.

You will promulgate manpower policies and procedures to assist subordinate activities in the management of their manpower resources.

You will manage military manning issues for sub-claimancy providing billet information, and changes to the active and reserve Civil Engineer Corps community managers and Seabee community managers and manpower operations officers.

You will apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods providing assessment and recommended improvement for complex management processes and systems.

You will create and review manpower documents to update billets and activity.

You will evaluate military, civilian, and contractor end-strength levels to maintain alignment with operational mandates.

You will maintain and update authoritative manpower databases, restructure billets, and coordinate the realignment of military and civilian personnel to appropriate billets in support of operational readiness.
