Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic practices, catering to couples and families with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple’s therapy sessions, assessing the dynamics and emotional needs of relationships.

• Addressing challenges such as alcohol abuse, various forms of abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, and communication barriers within families.

• Providing counseling for medical issues and job-related stress, helping clients navigate the complexities of blended families, separations, and divorces.

• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a wide array of individuals, couples, and families, including adults and adolescents. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, where understanding cultural dynamics can enhance therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:
