Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies focused on their unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Engage with clients through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and nurturing environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Actively participate in continuous professional development and staff workshops to stay current on best practices and advancements in mental health.

• Collaborate with other team members in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss case management and comprehensive client care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
