Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, helping clients transition smoothly from our facility to their homes or ongoing treatment environments.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, focusing on modeling healthy relationships with food while encouraging positive eating behaviors.

Compensation and Benefits\n
