Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology initiatives in a large organization
• We need demonstrated success in driving operational effectiveness and improvement efforts
• We require experience working within the product development lifecycle and agile delivery methods
• We expect practical, proven exposure to AI workflows and tools with measurable value
• We require experience using enterprise-approved AI capabilities to support program management work, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity
• We need the ability to review and verify AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when needed and following data handling expectations

• We work across organizations and teams to support delivery against business objectives, while coordinating reporting and communication plans for portfolio operations and change initiatives
• We support operational efficiency through training, capability development, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
• We drive adjustments to our functional and managerial framework so cross-organization priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are achieved
• We implement a domain-level collection strategy covering controls, financials, and resourcing needs
• We develop and execute end-to-end project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines, to deliver technology solutions on schedule
• We use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, while validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
• We identify and reduce risks, remove obstacles proactively, and put contingency plans in place to keep programs moving
• We partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to broader business goals
• We apply advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance, identify improvements, and implement data-driven optimizations
• We champion agile delivery and continuous improvement, encouraging learning and innovation across the team
• We promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting, with human review and alignment to delivery standards
