Administrative Assistant - Mailroom & Reception (Part-Time)

General Job Summary The Mail Room Associate is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail. Greet visitors and operate front reception desk. Summary of Essential Job Functions Open, sort and distribute all mail, UPS, and FedEx packages received Prepare incoming payments for Remittance Department. Pick up, fold, and deliver all outgoing mail to USPS by end of day. Scan and save documents for each department. Provide document images as needed. Other Job Functions All other duties as assigned by management Working Environment Primary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor-allergens. Employee will work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments. Requirements Education, Training and Work Experience High school diploma (or equivalent ) Previous experience in business/office environment desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Maintain & foster positive relationships with customers and business partners Complete all assigned training in a timely manner Provide professional communication in both oral & written expression Ability to manage and maintain confidential information Excellent organizational, time management & analytical skills Able to communicate effectively High degree of dependability Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 pounds May be required to work outside of standard business hours Extended periods of sitting (at computer desk) Complete repetitive tasks (including operation of computer mouse/keyboard) University Bank is an Equal Opportunity / Affir #J-18808-Ljbffr University Bank
