Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing a systemic and relational approach, effectively addressing emotional and behavioral concerns.

• Facilitate engaging and effective family and couples counseling sessions, building trust and rapport to promote healing.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' situations better and create tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.

• Participate in regular team consultations, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities to foster personal growth and clinical skill enhancement.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Citrus Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada or eligible for licensure.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with preference given to candidates having a master's level education in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a similar discipline.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential to succeed in this role.
