Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced In‑House Paralegal with a strong background in real estate and corporate matters. This role will support real estate development transactions from contract through closing , as well as a variety of corporate responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. This position works closely with senior legal leadership. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and revise real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, contracts, easements, and related transactional documents. Prepare and manage closing documents for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Title & Survey Review: Conduct detailed reviews of title commitments, policies, and surveys; identify issues; prepare objections and responses; coordinate resolution with title companies and surveyors. Due Diligence: Assist with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence review, financing support, and closing coordination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
