Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions using a variety of established modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, among others.

• Collaboratively setting and reviewing therapeutic goals with clients, while transparently tracking progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Offering flexible teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to traditional in-person visits, ensuring that distance does not inhibit access to care.

• Maintaining diligent and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and collaborating with peers to expand your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client base facing a variety of mental health issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. As you engage with clients, you will facilitate their growth and resilience, guiding them toward healthier coping mechanisms and fulfilling lives. The remote work setting ensures you can connect with clients from varied backgrounds and locations, enriching your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A strong emphasis on empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills for handling caseloads without compromising quality of care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience are preferred:

• Previous experience in a teletherapy or remote counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
