Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Revitalize Wellness, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of crucial tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to determine their specific functional limitations and rehabilitation goals.
• Developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient preferences, and evidence-based practices.
• Administering therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, proprioceptive training, and therapeutic exercises, to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Providing education to patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Participating in professional development through workshops, in-services, and continuing education programs to stay current with best practices.
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives to promote physical therapy services and educate the community about wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Each patient presents unique challenges, and your expertise will be invaluable in helping them navigate their rehabilitation journeys and achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Must possess a current state license in Physical Therapy and BLS certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems for documentation.
• Capability to interact respectfully and effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
