Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to enhance recovery and function.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about rehabilitation strategies and home exercise programs to promote ongoing wellness.
• Adhere to established utilization goals and contribute to overall business objectives of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical recovery needs. You will play an essential role in evaluating and managing conditions through a specialized orthopedic lens, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care that fits their unique circumstances. Your expertise will help guide patients through all stages of recovery, from acute treatment to long-term rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on building patient rapport.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation environment, particularly within orthopedic physical therapy.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships, contributing to positive patient outcomes.
• Experience in working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
