Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish each patient's physical capabilities and rehabilitation goals.
• Design individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that objectives are met effectively throughout the rehabilitation journey.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, providing them with valuable resources and coping strategies to encourage their active participation in recovery.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to discuss patient progress, share insights, and ensure coordinated care, thus enhancing the overall treatment experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse client base, from young athletes to active seniors, who present a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will be essential in tailoring rehabilitation strategies aimed at promoting not only recovery but also long-lasting health and wellness among your patients. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably focusing on orthopedic conditions; however, new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, exhibiting a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• A positive and collaborative spirit, willing to adapt and contribute to a cohesive team approach.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with orthopedic patients is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic modalities or techniques that can enhance patient care is a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience with documentation requirements in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
