Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement various treatment methods including exercise therapy, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to address pain and enhance function.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking changes in their condition, and modifying treatment approaches as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises and strategies to improve mobility and prevent re-injury, reinforcing self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and educational workshops to keep abreast of developments in physical therapy practices and stay current with best practices in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will be pivotal as you work with a diverse patient population ranging from acute sports injuries to post-operative recovery cases. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits
