Work Environment

The care setting at Flexi Motion is both dynamic and engaging, situated within a well-equipped outpatient office. As a full-time physical therapist, you will maintain an onsite presence, working from Monday through Friday, with flexible shift options from either 7 AM to 3 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM. Our clinic emphasizes communication and cooperation, leveraging a team of multidisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary tasks will include:

• Collaborating with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to devise individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Educating patients and their families about the therapeutic processes and providing guidance on their roles in supporting rehabilitation efforts.
• Conducting in-service educational sessions for facility staff to enhance their understanding of physical therapy services and optimize patient care.
• Participating actively in Care Plan Meetings, offering insights regarding patient progress and strategies for continued improvement.
• Completing and maintaining accurate documentation as per regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care and facilitate communication within the healthcare team.
• Collaborating closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to ensure that therapy practices remain aligned and focused on achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients undergoing rehabilitation for a range of orthopedic conditions including post-surgical recovery, injury management, and chronic pain management. You will work closely with diverse populations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current CPR certification to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• A valid driver's license and insurance are required for potential travel to off-site locations.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, professionalism, and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Proficiency with regulations and policies set forth by federal and state governing bodies.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits for full-time team members include:
