Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, primarily focusing on children, to assess their functional limitations and set achievable goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluations to address patients' unique needs, ensuring that goals reflect their individual recovery paths.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, evaluating clinical signs, and modifying strategies when necessary to ensure effective care.
• Document patient progress meticulously using our electronic medical record system, completing SOAP notes and progress summaries in a timely manner to maintain compliance and facilitate seamless communication within the team.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, providing crucial information about potential challenges and strategies for overcoming barriers.
• Achieve minimum utilization targets and contribute to clinic-wide business objectives to ensure sustained operation and resources for our patients.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize services for clients who access multiple therapeutic interventions across the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits
