Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily operating within the homes of patients across Fairfax, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, listening attentively to their symptoms to inform appropriate diagnosis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals, ensuring ongoing adjustment as needed to optimize results.
• Educate patients on the application of therapeutic exercises, promoting self-management and active participation in their recovery processes.
• Administer hands-on techniques such as therapeutic massage, manipulation, and mobilization to promote healing and pain relief.
• Support patients in the effective use of assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring safety and maximized mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with healthcare regulations, maintaining accurate records that inform continuity of care.
• Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options, including exercises and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
