Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Core & Agility Physical Therapy, you will be entrusted with a range of important responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments and consultations with patients to evaluate their physical condition, mobility limitations, and specific needs.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and designing individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Instructing patients on proper techniques for therapeutic exercises and activities, particularly those that can be performed at home.
• Administering manual therapy techniques, such as massage or mobilizations, to alleviate pain and stimulate recovery.
• Guiding patients in the effective use of assistive devices, such as wheelchairs and walkers, enhancing their independence and quality of life.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and monitoring progress towards established rehabilitation goals.
• Providing guidance to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options and ongoing exercises.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
