Work Environment

This position is onsite, with physical therapy services delivered within the homes of our patients in Vienna, Virginia. You will have the opportunity to interact closely with patients, carefully assessing their safety and comfort in their own living spaces while implementing therapeutic interventions. Enjoy flexibility in your work hours, typically scheduled Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' mobility, strength, and daily functional abilities.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, specifically designed to enhance balance, mobility, and overall functionality.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including targeted exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training to increase patient performance levels.
• Employ effective pain management strategies and valuable fall prevention techniques tailored to each patient.
• Regularly monitor patient progress while maintaining detailed documentation to adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
