Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses in the home care setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing various modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to enhance mobility and relieve pain.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting care strategies as needed based on their evolving needs and feedback.
• Explain and demonstrate the correct use of assistive devices to patients and their families, ensuring proper training for safe implementation.
• Provide ongoing education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members on physical therapy approaches and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Muscle, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including children and adults with various diagnoses ranging from post-operative recovery to chronic mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience
