Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to examine, evaluate, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients experiencing functional limitations and disabilities.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication; familiarity with electronic health records and essential computer skills is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, especially in home care or outpatient therapy environments, is preferred. Experience working with diverse patient demographics is a significant asset.
