Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and needs, utilizing a range of assessment techniques tailored to individual diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address patient-specific challenges, employing evidence-based practices including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and rehabilitation technologies.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting all treatments and outcomes, and adjusting therapy plans as needed to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and proper health practices to encourage long-term wellness and independence.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field by participating in ongoing education, attending workshops, and collaborating with peers to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Provide assistance in fitting devices that enhance patient mobility or ease daily functions, ensuring they are appropriately trained in their use.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
