Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensively evaluate and treat patients in-home settings who are recovering from injuries, disease, or surgical procedures.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of methods, including exercise, therapeutic modalities, and education, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor progress and document treatment responses, ensuring that patient records remain accurate and up-to-date.
• Reevaluate treatment plans periodically to adapt to patients' evolving needs and redefine therapeutic goals.
• Provide guidance on assistive devices, ensuring proper fitting and training for patients and their caregivers.
• Engage with patients and their families, educating them about therapy options, self-care techniques, and necessary follow-up procedures.
• Maintain professional development by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors with varying physical therapy needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
